Abstract
In the present research, the objective of the thesis was to determine the relationship between
tourism marketing and municipal management in the stone forest of Huayllay - Cerro de Pasco
2023. The scientific method of a basic nature, quantitative orientation, level of correlation, nonexperimental design of a transversal type was used. The sample consisted of 50 employees. The
method used was the survey and the questionnaire as a tool. According to the research carried out,
the following is presented: The coefficient relationship between "Tourism marketing" and
"Municipal management" is 0. 853, which indicates a solid and positive relationship. As tourism
marketing is enhanced, municipal administration is also optimized. The significance is 0. 000. This
indicates that the identified correlation is of statistical relevance and is not a product of chance.
The findings indicate a deep and significant connection between the perception of tourism
marketing and municipal management, which leads us to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1)
and discard the null hypothesis (Ho). In conclusion, there is solid evidence showing a close
relationship between tourism marketing and municipal management in the Huayllay stone forest -
Cerro de Pasco 2023.
